TAPU - Real Estate in Alanya

 

TAPU can be two different colors:

Blue TAPU - is given to empty land area.
Red TAPU - is given when the apartment is finished.

A TAPU is an official document which shows you have ownership rights over the real estate. The owner's full name and photograph, and detailed information on the asset appear on this document.

3. Mahallesi = Quarter
4. Köyü = Village
5. Sokagi = Street
6. Mevkii = Location
7. Fotograf = Photo
8. Pafta No. = Numer of Section
9. Ada No. = Number of Island
10. Parsel No. = Numer of Parcel
11. Niteligi = Type of Property
12. Ha = Hectare
13. M2 = Square meter
14. Dm2 = Deci Square Meter
15. Siniri = Border
16. Kat Mülkiyeti = Condominium / Freehold flat
17. Kat Irtifaki = Easement
18. Devre Mülk = Time-sharing

B. BAGIMSIZ BÖLÜM = INDEPENDENT PART

19. Satis bedeli = Price of Sale
20. Niteligi = Typ of Property
21. Arsa Payi = Share of Land
22. Blok No. = Block Number
23. Kat No. = Floor Number
24. Bagimsiz bölüm No. = Apartment number
25. Edinme sebebi = Cause of Acquisition
26. Sahibi = Name of Owner

C & D

27. Yevmiye No. = Number of daily wage
28. Cilt No. = Number of cover
29. Sahife No. = Number of Page
30. Sira No. = Number of Line
31. Tarihi = Date
32. Siciline uygundur = Appropriated for registration / Confirmation

The remaining sections at the bottom of the TAPU are for official use only.
The TAPU has to be sealed with a stamp in the central part at the bottom and this section has to be signed by a TAPU officer.
The picture(s) of all owner(s) is (are) to be suffixed to the top-right of the TAPU, it (they) has (have) to be sealed with a stamp and signed by the TAPU officer mentioned above
